What to include

• App version (shown in Profile → About, Privacy & Support)
• Android version and device model
• What you were doing when the issue happened
• Screenshots if they help explain the problem

Common fixes

• Missing posters: check your internet connection; Sora can still browse the local catalog offline
• Saved list issues: try Profile → About → Clear local data, then save titles again
• Theme reset: toggle the moon/sun icon on the Profile tab; preference is stored on-device
