2. What Sora provides
Sora is a personal, offline-first anime catalog and discovery tool. It helps you browse titles, view details, save favorites locally, and open publicly available trailers or external links. Sora does not stream anime episodes and is not an official MyAnimeList, AniList, or studio product.
3. Third-party content and trademarks
Anime titles, artwork, synopses, ratings, and related metadata come from third-party sources (including bundled catalog data and optional online APIs such as AniList and Jikan). All trademarks, logos, and character likenesses belong to their respective owners. Sora claims no ownership of that content.
4. External links
When you open a trailer, MyAnimeList page, or other link, you leave Sora and use another app or website under that provider’s terms and privacy practices. Sora is not responsible for third-party services.
5. Accuracy and availability
Catalog information may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Online features depend on network availability and third-party APIs that can change or become unavailable without notice.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Sora, including by attempting to disrupt the app, abuse third-party APIs through the app, or use Sora in violation of applicable law.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Sora is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of Sora.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
